Recently, The China Enterprise Confederation (CEC) and China Entrepreneur Association released the latest lists of “China’s top 500 enterprises”, “China's top 500 enterprises in service industry” and “top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises”. Xingtai Steel was listed on “top 500 Chinese manufacturing enterprises” in 2017.
In 2016, guided by Supply-side reform, Xingtai Steel promoted customized production actively. Because of that, the high-grade steel achieved success in product customization and total annual sales volume of customized products was 195,000 tons. Besides, Xingtai Steel enhanced order management and the annual comprehensive order fill rate reached 99.1%. The direct sales rate of carbon steel is 65%. Terminal customers we served directly are more than 900. At the same time, Xingtai Steel actively explored the international market, and the annual export quantum is 308,000 tons, which accounted for 13.7 percent of total sales. The exports included 212000 tons of exported wires, 68000 tons of square steel and 28000 tons of exports of subsidiary companies which win the first prize among steel products which can replace imported products from more than 40 iron and steel companies. Xingtai Steel topped the list of” Top 100 Foreign Trade Enterprises of Xingtai” in 2016.
In 2017, Xingtai Steel continuously insists on upgrading the products. In the first half of this year alone, we have been successful developed 3 new kinds of stainless steel and 4 new kinds of electroslag remelting steel. FromJanuary to August, Xingtai Steel has sold 7.38 billion RMB. It increased by 60% yoy, and the profit tax achieved 420millionRMB.
