Recently, the new steel grade XGYZ01 by Xingtai Steel has been optimized by the new routing. Thus the product performance has been significantly improved, in which the total oxygen content has been reduced to about 15ppm, reaching the level of industry benchmark.
It is understood that XGYZ01 is a newly developed steel grade by Xingtai Steel. It belongs to high-end die casting steel and is mainly used for manufacturing large molds such as automotive integrated die-casting. Combined with the problems and feedback in the first productive process, in April this year, Xingtai steel organized production once again , the working group of "integrating production, marketing and research", other departments and the main plant work together to focus on the role of a certain alloying element in steel grades. Through their efforts, the new steel grades are improved greatly.
