2.Hose wire production use advanced drawing process, eliminating the process of intermediate annealing, specific as follows ：
Φ5.5mm wire rod → mechanical descaling →alignment → washing → (dilute sulfuric acid) electrolytic pickling → washing → boraxing →drying → 7 pass drawing → Φ2.8mm → 7 pass drawing → Φ1.4mm → heating → lead hardening→ copper plating→ 19 pass water tank drawing → Φ0.3mm (drawing speed 12m / s) → Take-up (per axis 23kg) → each axis strength test .
